We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Major Cities: 2–4 business days

Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Flat shipping fee: PKR 200

Free shipping on your first order

Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout before order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

Please ensure availability at the provided contact number for smooth delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/email to track your parcel.

Packaging

All Elyra Scents orders are securely packed to prevent leakage or damage during transit. Luxury packaging is handled with extra care.

Incorrect Address / Unreachable Customer

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
